Snowplaza launches Winter Content Tour 2026/27 across the Alps
Spalder is launching its biggest content initiative yet: the Snowplaza Winter Content Tour. From October 2026 to March 2027, a six-month mobile editorial operation crosses the Alpine arc, producing live reportage across Snowplaza, Skiinformatie.nl and Wintersportlive.nl.
The concept
One editorial team. Three brands. Fifty-plus ski destinations. The tour combines on-the-ground reporting, hotel and resort reviews, lift and snow updates, and live-from-the-piste social content — all distributed across the network's 6 million annual wintersport visitors.
Each destination gets a multi-format treatment: a Snowplaza destination feature, breaking news on Skiinformatie.nl, and rapid live updates on Wintersportlive.nl. Same visit, three different audiences.
Partner opportunities
We're actively talking to mobility partners for the tour. The vehicle itself is a content opportunity — a stickered Ford Kuga as a six-month moving billboard, plus dedicated rail and air partnerships for crew and guest editors travelling between regions.

Why now
Wintersport content peaks in November-February but most production happens far in advance. The Winter Content Tour brings live, season-current reporting back to the format — meaning destinations get fresh coverage exactly when their potential visitors are actively planning.
